Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll accept a return within 30 days of you receiving it for a full refund or a replacement — whichever you'd prefer. Get in touch at kitschandsinkscotland@gmail.com with your order reference and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out.

Unwanted items

Changed your mind? Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them. Return postage is at your own cost, and the item must be returned in perfect, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

How to return an item

Email us at kitschandsinkscotland@gmail.com with your order reference before sending anything back, so we know it's on its way. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and doesn't affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
