These terms apply to wholesale orders placed with Kitsch & Sink. By submitting an order request, you agree to these terms.
Prices and VAT
Prices shown are final. Kitsch & Sink is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or added.
Recommended retail prices (RRPs) are provided as guidance only, and stockists remain free to set their own resale prices. Where practical, we encourage stockists to use the RRP to help maintain a consistent brand experience and support fair pricing across our retailer network.
Ordering and acceptance
Wholesale ordering is for retail stockists, not individual consumer purchases. Minimum order is £50, with a minimum of 3 of each soap design. Sending an order through the website is an order request, not confirmation that an order has been accepted. We will check the business details you provide and confirm your order by email.
Payment
Once we receive your order we'll send an invoice link by email. Payment is required upfront to confirm your order, and production begins once payment is received.
Availability and made-to-order items
Wholesale orders are made to order. As some collections are seasonal, products may occasionally be retired from the price list. We will let you know if an item in your requested order is unavailable.
Delivery and processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 7-10 working days of payment being received, since production begins once payment is received. Larger or seasonal orders may take up to 14 working days.
£8.00 for standard tracked Royal Mail shipping. Free delivery is available for orders over £200. Free hand delivery within 20 miles of Kinross, KY13 8EB. Free collection available on request.
Cancellations
All wholesale orders are made to order. You may request cancellation in writing before dispatch. If production has not begun, we will issue a full refund. If production has begun, we may retain or charge a reasonable amount for materials, labour and other unavoidable costs incurred up to cancellation. Any amount retained will not exceed the total order value.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty goods
Please inspect your order on delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any damaged or incorrect items and we'll replace or refund them.
Due to the nature of our products we can't accept returns of unsold stock, unless a fault is found.
Privacy Policy
We take care to use wholesale customer information only where it is needed to run the business and fulfil orders.

What we collect and why
When you submit a wholesale order request, we collect your business name, website or social media profile, contact name, email address, phone number, delivery address, postcode, order details and any notes you choose to provide. We use this information to check that the request is from a retail business, review and fulfil your order, invoice you and respond to your enquiries.
Our basis for using this information is that it is necessary to take steps towards, and to perform, our contract with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Payments, storage and sharing
No card payment is taken through the wholesale website. Wholesale orders are confirmed and invoiced separately by email. Order and enquiry details submitted through this website are received and stored via our website host, Netlify.
Your basket is stored in your browser's local storage. It remains on your device and is not sent to us until you submit an order request.
How long we keep your information
We keep order and enquiry information only for as long as needed to process the order, provide customer support and meet any legal or accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us for access to your information, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete it where applicable. Contact us at contact@kitschandsink.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
