Ordering details
The essentials before you place a wholesale order with us.
Minimum order
£50, with a minimum of 3 of each soap design.
Processing time
Orders are typically dispatched within 7-10 working days. Larger or seasonal orders may take up to 14 working days.
Shipping
£8.00 for standard tracked Royal Mail shipping. Free delivery for orders over £200. Free hand delivery within 20 miles of Kinross, KY13 8EB. Free collection available on request.
Payment terms
Once we receive your order we'll send an invoice link by email. Payment is required before dispatch.
Damaged goods
Please inspect your order on delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any damaged or incorrect items and we'll replace or refund them.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products we can't accept returns of unsold stock, unless a fault is found.
Testers
Complimentary testers are available for selected products, shown on the catalogue page. Testers aren't automatically included with orders — request them at checkout in the order notes, or by emailing us. We can supply one tester per 12 of a product/design per order.
Product list
We create some collections seasonally, so items may occasionally be retired from the price list. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss a commission.
